Write Right

I am dedicated to bringing you the fairest prices so I charge per word and  not per page.  For calculation purposes, one page is approximately 320 words. (DIN A4, 12 pt. Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing)

Proofreading is priced per word at 0.02€* (approximately 6€ per page). For works of more than 32,000 words (~100 pages), the price is 0.01€* per word. For very long texts (over 200 pages), please contact me to discuss the price and deadline.

* Rush deadlines, extensive rework, printing and postage costs will be charged extra. All charges will be agreed upon in writing and before work begins.

Editing prices are higher than those for proofreading and depend upon your needs.

Translating is based upon the nature of the text. For texts of a general nature, prices usually range from 0.07€ to 0.12€ per word.

10 lessons paid for in advance receive a 10% discount on the total price

1 lesson = 60 minutes

Basic conversation & students: 

Business English tutoring for business professionals: rates start at 25 € per private lesson.

Other Services

Please contact me regarding special circumstances such as business seminars on topics such as how to give presentations, how to express oneself in English, etc. 

• Students, individual authors and non-profit organizations receive a 10% discount on written services.
• If you refer a client, who books a service from me, you will receive a 10% discount on your next service.
• Repeat proofreading/editing clients receive a 5% discount.
• Those paying for blocks of 10 tutoring lessons in advance receive a 10% discount.

• Payment is due upon receipt of the corrected text or at each tutoring session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• For projects over 150 €, I require a 50% deposit in advance.
• I accept cash, bank transfers (in Euros and within the EU + Switzerland only) or credit cards (through PayPal).
• Inside of the EU and Switzerland, bank transfers are preferred.
• Credit cards & PayPal are charged a 5% processing fee and have minimum charge of 10 €.
