Proofreading checks for spelling and grammar mistakes, typos, common errors such as they're/their/there, its/it's and the proper use of slang and idiomatic expressions (especially for non-native speakers).

Editing includes proofreading and a look at style, logic, flow and overall comprehension.  I will help you make your text clear and concise.  I may suggest such things as expansion upon certain points or changing the order of your topics.  You have full control to accept or decline my suggestions.

I provide translation services from German or French into English.

No matter which service you use, I make certain to keep your voice and style in every text that I proofread, edit or translate.  Your text will remain your own.  It will not become my text.   

I provide English tutoring & seminars to business professionals as well as students, especially those preparing for the end of year exams or Nachprüfungen. I have reasonable rates and will make house calls if desired.
